About a year ago, I was running my own business. I had inherited it, and I was working the proverbial eight-day week. I had my aha moment, and I realized that life is short, and it’s really meant to be lived on your own terms. But then what are my terms? Well, when I thought about it, I had three things on my list. One was that I had to have my own business because I still need an income, but it had to be one that I was passionate about. Two, it had to allow me to be mobile so I needed a laptop and some internet access. And the most important was three, so it had to allow me to have a balanced life, to allow time for my friends, my interests and just some downtime.
And I believe that with Sophie’s Kindle Publishing Course, I’ve actually found all three, so I’ve really hit the jackpot. As I said, I’m proud to be an author. I’ve got my first book for sale on Amazon. I know it’s not going to be my last. I’ve loved the course. I’ve loved the support that’s provided by the weekly calls. And the best part of all is that I’ve accomplished this while having a personal life. So it’s really amazing. I’ve caught up with friends. I’ve got my health sort of back. And my friends really can’t believe how relaxed and happy I’m looking compared to when I was in the other job. It just wasn’t me.
