My name is Leslie. I am 65 years of age. I live in Cape Town in South Africa, and I recently had a massive change in my life where I relocated from Durban to Cape Town. Basically sold my BMB in Durban and I went into semi-retirement. But going into retirement is not really ideal because who wants to sit around twiddling their thumbs all day? So I had this idea that I would write some books when I was in retirement, but I didn’t quite know what to do, didn’t know how to go about it. I kept seeing Sophie’s ad coming up on Facebook and I thought, whatever, whatever, whatever. And then one day I decided to watch it, and her presentation really gripped me because it made me realize that all the things that she taught were exactly the things that I needed to know in order to publish my own books.
So I got quite excited and I got even more excited when I realized that what she was actually teaching was how to create a publishing business where you would be able to put out a whole lot of non-fiction books and that they would teach us how to do that so we could have a business that would run and earn us passive income. That was very, very exciting to me because I wanted to subsidize my income. Retirement these days, life is so expensive. You want to kind of earn more money than you need, and that was exactly what drew me to the course was that I would be able to have even more income than I was currently going to get out of my pension retirement funds. So I signed up and I am delighted to see how much information there is. It’s just mind boggling the amount that they teach us. It’s everything we need to know in order to do this business. And the backup has been absolutely incredible. And I would say to anybody else out there, just do it. It’s really, really worthwhile.
