Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I live in San Diego, California, and I’m a marriage and family therapist and business owner of a private practice group. I found Sophie’s ad on Instagram and was immediately attracted to it because in my current position, I have to provide a service, which means I have to physically be there with the client to provide that service. With Sophie’s business model, I could be sleeping and making money. And the other thing that really attracted me to this program is that I love books. I love books, and I always wanted to write my own book.
I had been approached by three different publishers over the last five years, but they wanted to own the rights to my books, and that didn’t sit very well with me. So, when I learned that I could be self-published on Amazon and write whatever I wanted to, that was very attractive to me. And then also to be able to create a channel for passive income. Since joining the program, I think it was what, two and a half to three months ago that I started. I already have two books published.
One’s a low content book, and the other is a regular book that’s nearly 200 pages long that has been only published for about two weeks, and I’ve sold 136 copies. So, it’s very exciting. I’m watching the numbers go up as I’m learning about marketing and getting that book out there, and I already nearly finished with my third book and getting ready to publish that one. So I’m super excited. I feel like this is an opportunity to make a switch in my life where I’m sort of burned out on being the leader of the business that I’ve been doing for the last 10 years. And I’d like to switch fully to doing the books.
I know it’s going to take a little more time, but I’ve been having so much fun attending the classes, talking to the coaches, learning all the new things, and then of course, the gratification of having that first book come out was very exciting. I just want to encourage you, because if you’re thinking about making a switch. In your life and you love books, and you love the idea of passive income, this has been a lot of fun and definitely some challenges along the way, but I’m learning so much. So I just want to encourage you to take that step if you feel like this is a good opportunity for you and it fits well with your lifestyle. I had a lot of extra time to put into it, but I’ve been hearing that even if you don’t have a lot of extra time, it’s still doable. So anyway, I wish you the best of luck if you decide to join in.
