Hi, I’m Libby Singer. I’m a KPI student, and I’m in the midst of creating a self-publishing business. Who would’ve thought? I grew up in the United States and in Israel, traveling the world a lot, and dreaming of becoming a digital nomad, and living in nature most of the time. I studied Mandarin and ended up landing a job in tech, working nine hours a day, five days a week, sitting in traffic and just realizing that this was not the life I wanted to live. I didn’t want to make money for other people. And I was really looking for a way to find something that interested me, and challenged me and was creative, and could be potentially automated so that I didn’t have to work too much and too hard, because life is so much more than that.
I stumbled upon a Sophie Howard KPI YouTube video, good marketing, and I didn’t know anything about KDP or publishing. I have never published a book before. And I felt like Sophie was a really reliable woman, and that I had a lot to learn from her, and that this could work really well and fulfill a lot of goals that I have. I’ve learned so much already during the course from the amazing staff of really experienced and knowledgeable publishers and marketers and authors on the team. They really, really encourage action and not only knowledge. So I haven’t even finished the course yet and I’ll be publishing my first book in a month, which is so exciting.
I am so much closer to living the life I want to live. I moved to Portugal. I have become a digital nomad. I have independence. I work when and where and how I want to work, and I am building a family now. And I’m so excited that I’ve created a life which allows me to live fully with nature, myself, and the people I really love and care about. KPI also has amazing events and live sessions with a lot of knowledge from top people in the market. And there’s even tons of competitions. And I just won $10,000.
