I know it’s going to help me be able to help the women that I serve in teaching them about their fertility. So I’m really grateful for the opportunity to have learned how to do that and to move forward in it.

Hi, I’m Anne Catherine and I’m from Ottawa, Canada. I started looking into becoming my own business because I was needing to have some funds to help me with my work and my ministry in helping women understand their fertility. So I am a fertility health educator and sometimes that requires funding. So I decided I was going to go into business so that I could raise some money so I could apply it towards this ministry I have with women. I started in 2019. I started to learn how to sell on Amazon with Sophie Howard’s Blue Sky program, and that led me to her KPI program. Sophie has been a real inspiration for me. She’s given me the sense that if I just stick to what I’m doing and stick to the steps and the plans that are laid out, I can be successful in my product business and in my Kindle business. So that’s been very encouraging and inspiring for me, and it’s been great.

I’ve really enjoyed the journey. I started in 2019 and now we’re in 2022. I have produced about four private label products. They’ve all been a very encouraging adventure, and I’ve been able to develop all the skills that I need to know what it is to build a company and to source. And with my KPI business, I am working with different publishing companies that are local, that are helping me understand how it is to build a business around making Kindle books, putting them online for sale.

Also, I’ve been learning to develop my writing skills as well as my business skills. It’s been fantastic. I now have three different series on the go. I’ve just finished my first series of books on horses and I’m starting a history series, and I’ve started also a fiction romance series. The help that I’ve gotten from all of the different parts of putting together my books, just like putting together my products, everybody’s been so helpful and encouraging. So it’s been a very, very positive, encouraging experience for me. I know it’s going to help me be able to help the women that I serve in teaching them about their fertility. So I’m really grateful for the opportunity to have learned how to do that and to move forward in it.
