Meet Gillian

Gillian Duncan

Hi, my name is Gillian, one of your coaches on the K-Express course and I look forward to supporting you on your new venture into publishing.

I am based in Scotland with my husband and 2 children. My background started in Corporate HR in the TV/Media Sector. When my children were young I decided to join my husband in business, we currently run a successful manufacturing company within a creative industry. In what’s left of my spare time you will find me with family or taking long walks with my Labradoodle Aflie in the Scottish Hills.

I am very proud to be an accomplished book publisher! I joined Sophie and her team at KPI in 2020. I have now published over 15 books and have success with non-fiction, public domain, and medium content books in the following categories: History, Business, Biographies, Self Help. I am currently working on a new fiction series.

I am very familiar with managing people, and projects therefore Kindle Publishing coaching is very natural to me. I get a lot of pleasure from helping and supporting others to achieve their goals and celebrating their successes.

I am passionate about the process side of the business in addition to the creative element. So researching and assessing niche topics as well as helping you to understand the process is where I can support you.
